One of my proudest moments playing guitar on stage, and largely due to the fact I got to work alongside Randy. I got to do things with a wah pedal that I will never get to do again, since I missed the 70's. R.I.P. Randy. You are most surely missed.
Randy and his parents, George and Elaine Tallman were good family friends. His father George, was a Vaudeville performer. I remember when I was a little kid and used to listen to George play the baritone ukulele. It was about the same time Randy was touring with the New Christy Minstrels. George was a neat old guy, he made me my first guitar strap out of leatherI still have it. It's hard to believe they are gone...makes me feel old.

Miss Randy. He was a really cool laid back guy. Even when I felt a little down, he always found way to get me back on my feet.
