O contraire dreamlover 55. I have been to Thailand many times. Pure Thai are light skinned and have drastically different features. Many, not all Thai are a bit racist and do not consider the Issan population to be true Thai even though they are living in the same country. Many Issan will refer to themselves as Issan rather than Thai. The Issan population is generally dispalced Laotion with a completely different language than Thai. Darker features and very broad noses (Lao).

I had three very dear girlfriends all from Issan that I met there over the years. (One was half Chinese and looked nothing like she was from Issan.) I can pick out Issan with a 95% accuracy.  There is an ENOURMOUS cultural difference almost to the point of being two different distinct populations.

Jintara should be ashamed of sharing the stage with that human piece of shit called bird. He is using Jintara so he can make a firm connection with the country people of Thailand so he can expand his profits.

I think Jin learned to sing in Thai so she could do this kind of thing with Bird and get national recognition beyond Morlam music. I think Jin benefitted greatly from doing this song and Mah Tum Mai with Bird. She completely outshines him in both pieces, and showed the world that she is a true international superstar. She must be pretty rich by now. AND...she's all Thai, not half, like so many other big-name Thai stars. I just love her and just about every song she's ever done!
