Vitamin B supplements, petroleum jelly after washing area to starve the infection of air, keep it dry (as in dont lick/ use moisturiser) also you can use honey on the area even applying with sliced cucumber and the main thing that will work is "canesten cream", this is actually made to treat female yeast infections and as cheilitis is a yeast infection then canesten is perfect for it, i have suffered for years with this problem for years and this is how i get rid of it, never pay for this advice
