purposely kicks the blind when coming in the door at 343......love the show, but sad how the US version is more drama than cooking. The "revisited" shows the workers are always suprised when he comes through the doors....maybe the cameras that are already in the restaurant filming him coming in would tip them off? Thanks for putting these up, entertaining none the less..kind of like WWE...you know its fake but it still is/was entertaining

@miller434 You sound like someone that should go back and watch Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares. The U.K. version was all about food and the ambience of restaurants. It was not fake and over dramatized like this show.

I know this isn't the focus of the show, but the opening... Amtrak still uses those older F40PH Locomotives?!

Also I love this episode because it further proves that the french are bullheaded even in america.
