  • Nice job. When I look at this, it's amazing to me to think that Bruce Lee did these much slower(far more difficult) and went down all the way until his nose was just touching the floor...and not with one hand but with ONE FINGER and his thumb....incredible.

  • It´s not bad , but you must go more down. When you can kiss a floor, than I say good work.

  • I can do like 70 normal push ups in a row but i cant properly do a 1 hand push up wtf? is there some sort of technique or what?

  • Yeah, the secret trick is GET STRONGER!

  • core strength , technique.. + they all do split the legs. i can do with legs together..

    try urself trying to doing them from a higher angle.

    I thought as same as u, and I was like wtf why I can't make them if I can do about 100 push-ups. but lol its a different story.

  • One hand is alot different than two hand due to you now only have one hand so your body has to strain even harder just to get it back on balance and before two of your shoulder gets the weight distributed evenly but now, one shoulder is taking all the weight. Even if you can do 70 push ups in a row, your shoulder cannot support all the weight by itself.

  • I can only do 30 push ups in a row but I can do 2 times 1 hand push up with my nose touching the ground my trick is try staying in the 1 hand push up position for 1 - 2 min to build up your strength

  • This is a bit late, but the advice I can give is that one arms are an exercise in maximum strength while doing normal ones build up your muscle endurance. If you cant already do them, try starting one armed pushups with a foot or so of elevation to make the gravity pushing on you less intense.

  • most i ever did was 15 each arm and chest to floor on every 1. its the only way to go to get stronger nd its been workin 4 me i was 17 weighed 150 and benched 250 did 3 reps of 225 for about 3-4 sets and just 4 fun my max curl was 135 and my arms are only 12 inches

  • just found out a couple of weeks ago that this is pretty easy. Legs have to be in the right place for balance and rest is just how strong your arm is ;] i can do 10 with each arm. Nice LCD TV :P
