Dumb question re: one of Doc's previous videos - could someone link a video and/or explain how the pez dispenser's actual 1-cart dispensing step works? I saw a trapdoor sitting below the stack, but I am at a loss to figure out how that actually dispenses the carts.

doc, you should try using etho's method of sand harvesting, with the torches 1 or 2 blocks below sand level and having the sand drop onto it, then you won't need to harvest individual sandstone

Maybe you can make holes in the pigmenspawninggrounds with snowgolems on platforms above them. They will start shooting the pigmen and the pigmen will walk in the holes. You could do this in an inverted pyramid shape.

just saying its something worth reflecting upon before spending the time youre investing in this crazy project. consider and reflect doc, maybe there are other (possibly less time-consuming) alternatives that would enable you to have more fun. and as you put it, the end product will still be the SAME and nobody would even notice or care.

Hey doc, why don't you try the Etho-technique of farming sand?

You go under the sand layer, place torches everywhere and then break the bottom blocks of the sand layer from below. It is much more fun and faster I think. ;)

Just a suggestion, in the future I think instead of filling the giant holes with nether rack you should just put some lava at the bottom of it and cover the top of the hole making it hollow. It will take extra lava to do this but I think it would be faster. Idk, its your decision :)

try using some swiftness potions with the fire restistance to help you move faster in the lava

you should make lava wells or worlpools so you wont have to fill in as much nether rack and it would give more of a feeling in how dangerous it is in the nether

Hey doc, if you want to get rid of the fire animation when lava touches you then you can install the optifine mod. The mod just improves lag and there are extra settings added to the game to remove the lava animation, i hope you see this! It helped me alot and it will help you too!

Its better to use Silktouch because Fortune only works on tall grass, Lapis lazuli ore, Coal, and Redstone... And silktouch always gives you a full block.

Totally agree with the mcedit thing. Using it to build stuff take away from the sense of acomplishment for when its finished. Same goes with mods like toomanyitems and singleplayercommands. I personally have them, but dont use them outside my testing worlds.

I know you tested this a few episodes back, Fire Resistance pots vs Fire Protection armor. But with all the Pigmen around you might want to consider the fire resistance armor that way if you accidentally hit one you won't have to really worry about being mobbed or being pushed into lava without having a fire resistance potion.
