Im not to sure how you get Skype credit (i've never bought any). But i know that on the Skype menu on the PSP it explains how to get credit. I've heard its free to call another PSP (i havent got a clue how that works) but you pay for all other calls.

there is skype for ipod touch, it is called truphone, it alows you to message other skype contacts, it also provides msn and other such things, but you need a headphone with a microphone, also to phone real phones you need to buy credit

ok so heres what you do, you first have to find who you want to call and find out what their skype name, their name, or their email is, when you have their skype name, their name, or email when you open skype and you are on the main screen, go to the top, click on tools, and on the top of the list that pops down should say: add a contact... click it and a window should pop up asking you to put their skype name, persons name or email. a list should pop up showing matches.

the psp-2000 dont have inbuilt microphone.

for psp2000 u need the external headset

for the psp3000 it comes with internal mic, so u dont need headset

ok so, when you get on skype on your psp log onto your account. when your logged on, scroll to contacts, press triangle, and on the top there should be add a contact, then press x and then press x on add skype contact. now you enter the skype account name, their name, or email address, press x and it should start searching, then just find your contact. it should automaticly add to your contacts after add a message to introduce yourself.

but if you want to do it on your computer, just download skype, go to tools, add contact, and search the person you want to call. then find them and add them, now logon to skype on your psp and the contact should be there.

calling skype to skype is free! They make you pay for calling a cell phone or house phone, $.21 per min. Up top of that you have to have a wifi spot, not worth it at all!
