I'm suspicious as to whether they really beat the guy. It's common for the news media to grab a video and take the side of the civilian, whether they are telling the truth or not. I've seen them do it a lot. What makes me particularly suspicious of this one is that they don't tell what the guy was charged with and they only show a video of a suspect bleeding and being restrained by a police officer. They didn't show any footage of the guy being beaten, yet they claim that the footage exists.

This story doesnt add up. The teen was black. So, where did the white cops go that beat him up? Are they off camera somewhere or what? This might be the first video I have ever seen where black cops beat up a black person. This seems as far fetched as a white cop beating up a white person! It just dont ever happen that way!!

I'm suspicious as to whether they really beat the guy. It's common for the news media to grab a video and take the side of the civilian, whether they are telling the truth or not. I've seen them do it a lot. What makes me particularly suspicious of this one is that they don't tell what the guy was charged with and they only show a video of a suspect bleeding and being restrained by a police officer. They didn't show any footage of the guy being beaten, yet they claim that the footage exists.

The news reporter said that the video does not lie but all they show are two police officers restraining and arresting a drunken teen, who apparently had alcohol poisoning. I don't think they have a case, unless there is footage that they just aren't showing. First of all, they need to come up with a possible motive that would reflect that the officers had intent. Since the cops are black, the race card can't be played.

This kid is going to win a lawsuit, but the cop that assaulted him is not going to paid anything. The tax payers of that state will have to pay the bill, legal fees, settlement, and whatever else. This cops will only get a slap on the wrist, even if terminate he will be give the option to resign, so that he gets to keep his outrageous salary and crazy benefits. Maybe even become cop in another town. All on the backs of the taxpayer.
