bullshit. i dont agree with the twins on this one. dbell squat is a productive whole body exercise, like the deadlift when done correctly. they hit the legs, traps, lats, forearms and with less stress on the lower back. you see no one doing them because they are hard. but the hardest most difficultest exercises are the best to do.

use the dumbbells and do a goblet squat. hold the DB close to your chest with two hands and squat for high reps. read about it on muscle and strength.
Thumbs up for deadlifts!!! deadlifts are one of the best, if not thee best exercise. It builds explosive power, a hell of a lot of strength, and it piles on back muscle and is pretty much a whole body workout. There are some athletes out there that go to the gym and do some lat pull downs, then a bunch of deads then call it a day.

i tried doing lunges with 80 lbs dumbells and i did 20 reps for each leg first set and that was hard as hell to do and then my shoulders were sore as fuck for my chest workout two days later
