Even though Rukia said she wasnt gonna thank Ichigo, I know DEEP DOWN, she WAS thankful, even though it never showed in the anime or manga, how I do know? after she defeated the 9th epada and tried to move to get to Orhihime, she flashed back to when she was kept in that cell all alone, and knew the feeling of solitude and the hope of your friends coming for you, that gave me a tiny hint that she was thankful!
