They changed the contest. The top 20 submissions would be voted on, and the top 5 of that would each get $10m. Now they list 16, which are not even submissions, to be voted on.

As a condition of submitting, google has free usage rights to any submission. They just stole 150,000 Ideas and inventions, Including one of my inventions, the plasma oxygen scrubber.
