You think we are all gods? Love, unity and peace are essential. A true christian does not hate you for your beliefs. The prophets always warned us of falling. Most were killed for their warning. To know good from evil does not make you a god. If someone warns you about the cliff you're about to walk off, it's because they love you. Christ said love your enemies. First, I'm a girl. Second, They are many words that are the same but have different meanings and origins. Just like every guy in this world named Jesus-IS NOT THE CHRIST... get it? It is the same with the word amen. In this instance, one is a verb and the other A NAME. They are not related in any way.

You did not give me the origin. It is Hebrew. It was not used until the time of Moses. Moses came from Egypt. In Deut 7:9 it is used as "the faithful (the Amen) God". Moses lived in Egypt and new there gods and customs. Why would he endorse the use of a name that was the same as an Egyptian god, unless he thought it was the same god.

God is pure consciousness, of which we are an extension. This is indicated in all ancient text including the gnostics of the earily christain church. Even Scientific research at Princeton called the global consciousness project points in the same direction, not to mention quantum mechanics uncertainty principle and entanglement. What and who do you think God is? God is a word, an abstraction. Whats behind the word is consciousness. We as conscious beings are manifestaions of Gods consciousness. I am God, you are God, Jesus was God, and yes Lucifer was God. The question is are you going to choose to use your consciousness to spead peace, love and unity or are you going to choose seperation and contempt of other beliefs. That was the message of Jesus. I am not saying I think I am equal to god, if there is such a thing, I am saying that it is unwise to worship this angry being that demands worship, faith, total obedience, and claims perfection. I am just telling you my suspicions and why I think its a waste of time. If he is really the all powerful creator, he doesn't need my worship or pray and I should be able to just be. None of it would matter. But I will tell you that I have been teaching myself Egyptian hieroglyphs just to confirm some of these things and the evidence does not point to a cheery conclusion. Anyone who tell you not to research something or read or study a piece of information should be viewed with great suspicion.
