Dear Zadlem, I believe this is "May no RASH intruder" not "May no RUSH intruder" as describe on the video recording. Gives an entirely new meaning to the piece :) otherwise it's a very nice version. ...and thank you for it.
I can create solely almost similar performances. Go and check it out in for example, "Nightingale" of Nushika9. I am looking for promotions and for high quality male voices for cooperation.
What a beautiful, melodic and delicate piece of music this is - fit to compare with even the best of Handel's better known choral works. It should be played more often on the classic channels.
21. Chorus
May no rash intruder disturb their soft hours;
To form fragrant pillows, arise, oh ye flow'rs!
Ye zephirs, soft-breathing, their slumbers prolong,
While nightingales lull them to sleep with their song.

a little bit too slow but very nice interpretation, especially the images are extreenmely beautiful and suitable to the music. Thks a lot Zadlem

ciao armycasa surely this interpretation feels a little
old-fashioned. don't you have something a little more
in the spirit of handel. something by gardiner perhaps?
tanti saluti.

What orchestra? Choir? Conductor? We are doing the oratorio in a few weeks - this is a very different interpretation - quite effective though.
