Does Mixcraft 5 parse the video audio along with the video? So as I do not need to use another tool to do this and rejoin the tracks hoping to sync them up right.

I have my video and audio perfectly synched up, but when I mix down to AVI, and Windows media player pops up. there TOTALLY outa synch. Why????
