Nicely done. It's one of the toughest basslines I've ever tried. Dee's style and tone is tough to match but you did him proud! As someone else said I think he did use a pick on this a a few of the other songs on Yellow Brick Road. Love the flower too.
I'd feared you'd retired. Dee Murray had a very quick and aggressive style which sounded, to me, like he played with a pick but I'm not sure. You did a great job emulating it in any case. Lots of extra "pick-up" notes in this song and some triplets as well.
