The inside ladder made from red and white sandalwood was brought into the cave by Tara. Dharmapalas can be see inside the rock and Ekajati's bosom hangs down in the inner cave where Guru Rinpoche sat and provides nectar. There are also seed syllables growing in the rocks and a giant purba in hte ceiling that Guru Rinpoche used to put all the spirits under his command. This is the birth canal and womb of the dakinis!
