Its ok, I have it too and I'm 13 :/ it feels like its never gonna go away and i tried commenting suicide but it didn't work out to well... Hang in there

you have to be diligent in taking your lithium
to have some semblance of peace
although some people like to re-experience the bi-polar "high" the 24/7 rush
also brings on the manic depression ,which really kills
please love yourself ...be diligent
remember God blesses you for taking on such a huge responsibility.
