Light is more of an anti-hero, he's not really an evil villain. And as far as putting three DBZ villains in there, I would have just stuck with Frieza. Sure Majin Buu and Cell were more powerful, but they were also too goofy, to me. Frieza was a stone cold killer.
i like how light was in the top five but you cant put a dragon ball z character like freeza after a serial killer like KIRA and you should have put Shion somewhere to but this is your opinion not mine so good job.
He put younger toguro, who wasn't really that evil he was just strong and wanted someone to be stronger than him and beat him so he could finally rest in an after life of suffering. He can flick bullets from his fingers, punch craters in the ground, stop a spirit gun, kill a normal person with a flick, he is probably one of the strongest characters in terms of physical strength, and he can kill weaklings with his aura and suck the souls out of them with these weird tubes on his shoulders.
One villain I have yet to see mentioned that should probably be in the top 5 is Legato Bluesummers off of Trigun. I mean, anyone can just up and kill someone, but how many do you know who makes someone tear their own heart out of their chest? Speaking of which, in the Top 10, should also be Puppetmaster from Trinity Blood. That's IMO. Other than that, pretty good vid!

I mean, he raped several girl while slicing off their breasts and ate from the corpse of one girl. Always killing his enemies in the most slow and painful way as possible (chopping off all limbs and leave only head and body to slowly dies....Did I mention he also used a little boy as his sex toy ?

The only true villain from Naruto is Orochimaru. Others don't seem as menacing or creepy. He's the only one I truly wanted defeated. Check Tenzen from Basilisk, if you watch the serie you understand he is not the strongest but you can see the way he frightens the others, the way he manipulates to get full control. He is not the villian because he is strong, but he is strong because he is a horrible person. Also he enjoys making other suffering with no reason.
Emperor Charles wasn't evil. Schneizel and lelouch neither. Each one of them just wanted to make the world into something better, each one doing it in their own way.

yeah i at first figured that kid buu was the most evil one, but i just came to the conclusion that hes a kid that just wants to have fun without realising the pain and agony he causes while frieza enjoys torture
that asides, the only reason frieza doesnt destroy planets like buu does is that he likes the slaves ^^
anyway, its just depending on what you consider to be evil

@halo3fan101 Agreed, Pain wasn't evil, his intentions were good, his methods were bad. Madara is way more evil. Majin Buu was born from hatred and fighting. (Litterally) I'd say he'd have to be the most evil guy out there. If you don't count the good Buu.

Check Tenzen from Basilisk, if you watch the serie you understand he is not the strongest but you can see the way he frightens the others, the way he manipulates to get full control. He is not the villian because he is strong, but he is strong because he is a horrible person. Also he enjoys making other suffering with no reason.

I cant accept Lucy as no1!!!There is a difference between badass and evil.Lucy is definitely the most badass anime woman but she isnt evil to the core.Rejection(from eveyone but Kouta)and discrimination made her that way.So if u put Lucy in the list how can u leave Alucard(the most badass and evil char of all) or Shiki(Kara no Kyoukai)out?Roberta(Black Lagoon) should've made it and Johan from Monster should also(i understand if you haven't watched that anime,do so ITS AMAZING).Nice list overall!
