No, you do a few missions for Toni Cipriani in the game though. After you kill Salvatore Leone, you're pretty much blacklisted by the mafia (they'll shoot you if you enter their territory.) It's assumed that Toni Cipriani becomes the new Don of the Leone family.

They should make a twist in the story, like: After Claude leaved Salvatore's body, his Mafia or the Paramedics brought him to the LC Hospital, we're he survived. Then another they should make another GTA with Salvatore in it.

Actually the person who lead to salvatore's death was Maria because she told Salvatore that she and Claude(Fido) were in love even though Claude had no feelings for her.Salvatore thaught that Claude stole his girlfriend and betrayed him.
