You know you can get the skyline with out a mod.
Theres a patch witch gives you two cars
audi rs4 quattro saloon
nissan skyline (with the spoiler)
Download it into your documents and them check to see if it has worked (you will find the cars at the audi & nissan dealers) if it has worked save your game and the patch will be saved into your save data so you can delete it from your documents.

WHAT THE!! i swear the skyline is Right hand drive :S or is that part of ur mod. Oh and cool mcdonalds, but shouldnt there be loads of chavs eating in their cars in there??

No carin this game is right hand drive. Some are central (as there is only 1 seat), but none are right hand drive.

Nope. Only if they install it aswell. Same with any mod (vehicle, sound or texture), apart from Speed Hacks. But I don't use them as they spoil online imo.

Online - Used for races and setting the fastest lap time on a race
Offline - Nothing.
