how hell hounds were made: dr.Richtoff took his dog (fluffy, that richtoff gave to samantha, who was he's daughter) and placed it in the teleporter. came back fast as a hell hound, (possibility of cloning???)
i think they got sum inspiration from the hellsing OVA/original anime cause it involves a good deal nazzi zombies and as in the anime they say that the nazzi scientists where experimenting, creating undead beings
