For PC download you need to download an emulator (I'd reccomend epsxe) also you may want to download a bit torrent client (utorrent) and a .rar file opening device.(.rar knife) Also. After you download the components and such for the emulator you may want to download the ISO for the game off of thepiratebay.se

Me and my friends love playing scary games and are generally screaming like little girls even at the most tame ones, so almost all of them are very creepy to us; however, by far Fatal Frame takes the cake for scariest one I've played. Amnesia was pretty horrifying, but Fatal Frame had me checking twice whenever I walked around the house. I'd recommend other Fatal Frame 2 or 3. They've remade them for better graphics now, but only in Japan.
