I wish that photographer had not turned them towards the camera, It no longer became a concert for the cows. It became a concert for the cameras. Notice how that one cow left. Finally they turned back to the cattle, then that photographer came in again and forced them to turn again. A woman in the audience called out "Turn this way." They didn't get it.

If you are ever wandering the pastures of Switzerland you'll find that every cow is wearing a bell. We were told that it has been proven that the cow's hearing the bells does cause them to produce more milk. I would imagine the Dixieland music would do the same AND make it taste better.
