Well, that's a rather banal observation. Like asking if we noticed the sky is blue. Obviously she is strangled at the end. Are you unable to see why this video is so exposing of her, from the lyrics, to the concept, the shots, to the dire ending? And do you feel there is a lack of beauty in this, even if it is dark? Is Romeo and Juliet any less of a classic because of the tragic ending? Or Waiting for Godot?

Sometimes, when she let's herself be an artist, and exposes herself, she allows you inside her soul.
