That's a lot better than pub cover bands, Floyd tribute bands.. or even session guitairists manage when playing with Roger Waters. Not Gilmour.. but very good, certainly as good as Snowy White or Jeff Beck. I saw Eric Clapton screw it up at Earls Ct '84 with Roger, bloody awful he was!! Keep playing..!! very good! The only thing missing..! is Gilmour seems to be able to hit a 'resonance.' & he did record it on a Les Paul..

What you need is a big muff pedal. Gilmour often used that pedal, such as the solo in Time.

Good stuff man. The only suggest I have is regarding the bends; Gilmour has a tendency not to put too much vibrato on any of his notes. If any at all, it's a light, slow vibrato on the end of a note. His bends are all very slow and deliberate. Maybe throw a little of that in there and it'll be perfect. Great playing.

That was brilliant and love the guitar sound. what guitar is it your using, dont recognise it. One thing that bugs me when i listen to this video, is you go a tiny little fraction to sharp on the big bends, appart from that its really good, so far ive not met anyone who can play that second to last riff, your nearly got it, you started the riff in right place but need to stay there to get it. id love an honest opinion from you of my solo, a cover of the live one.. its in my videos cheers davey
