You can get Lucario evolved from Riolu from The Challenger's Cave I dunno what's the problem on the Lucario.

Zoroark is probably from the event of Celebi, or the 3 dogs.

Ferrothorn ( evolved from ferroseed ) is the best grass type even though its still legible to fire type moves and is slow its not effected by poison moves at all and doesn't take a lot of damage from flying types like others cause its half steel as well and its defence is like the best in the game. :)
