for the reaver one all you do is create a location and center it around scarabs. then whenever a scarab is within the location you create 1 mine or however many mines you want in the location and then kill all mines and enemy units within the location.

The Dark Templar one doesn't look too hard to recreate... Gateway makes a DT, then automatically set ownership of the DT to yourself or Neutral Hostile. Kind of like what they do in Rise of Nations ums map or w/e it was called where you'd build a zealot and it'd turn into a marine after it was done.
