it was called iron maiden after the torturing device which impales the person but not really kills them. If the iron maiden grabs leon you can tell that leon doesn't die instantly.

Is this the NTSC Gamecube version? Its next to impossible to knife Iron Maidens "efficiently" in that version due to lower power of the Combat Knife and the fact that the Maidens have faster regenerative powers.

Damn... Thats cool but theres got to be a quicker way to do the knife kill... I might try a few things... For one usaly we just go right for the plagas but instead you went Freddy Kruger on hisback for ever... Hey it was an awsome vid but im thinken if we go right for the plagas then itd die faster (might be hard but you dont seem to mind hard eh)

The Iron Maiden is a form of the Regenerator, you're usually lucky when you get to fight one, because the majority of the ordinary regenerators (The ones that don't generate spikes) are fought in cramped places, making it hard to scope out their Plagas.

from my experience, it takes 94 slashes while its down to kill it.

Which version is this? THe NTSC version or the PAL one. Knife is at less than half strength on NTSC. If you did this on the North American Gamecube version then thats quite an accomplishment.
