guys let them be happy, we all know that most of the people who went for the resettlement program are nepalese who paid huge sums to the refugee leaders in Kathmandu for a fake refugee id, so let them be happy!

Refugee resettlement is carried on by IOM,UNHCR,Nepali govt.and othere countries who offered resettlement to resolve an ongoing problem of Bhutanese Govt.There are several steps of verification so its' impossible and refugee leaders are beyond the capacity to process any documentation for abroad resettlement.Bhutan appealed international community instead because of down economy,low job market and no industralisation prospects moving ahead.
