Well then they should pay you if you have more trees on your property which provide oxygen than you are able to use, by breathing or burning fossil fuels. I have about 200 trees on my property. There are only 4 people living here. One full grown tree each year can remove the total amount of carbon that 4 people produce in a year. I say they would have to pay me a tax rebate for my extra 199 trees.

Eventually the tax being collected will match the rebates going out, break even, & the global warming issue would not be a problem. I think I just solved the global warming issue. Let them tax but only if they offer rebates based on the amount of trees you grow compared to the amount of estimated carbon production by those living on your property. People would rush to plant trees for tax income, it would solve the problem.
