  • I need a woman like Helen, mines driving me to the brink of madness.

  • The difference between the seventies interview and this one not only says something about the two characters featured, it shows how much more conscious and clear we have become as a society.

  • @WilburyVision yeah blah blah blahhh i still wank when i watch her...

  • Ever see Miss Helen in "Age of Consent" (1969) with James Mason. She swims in the altogether. HOT. She is great in the British police series "Prime Suspect."

  • The Interview he had with her in 1975......I laughed 'till my balls were sore! He tried to scold and outwit her, but she had him by his jewelery!! Now she is (and really : I bow my head to her!) a ' certified' artist and his whole attitude changed.....But she gracefully still has his jewellery in her hands!!! Helen Mirren for life!!!

  • @gyqz an artyist ahahahaah what a fucking joke, she ius an actress, she is an entertainer, films arent art you silly billy, films are entertainment !

  • I love they played the Queen's Killer Queen while she entering the room!

  • I'm 22 years old and I would devour her.

  • @porter128 No, my friend, she would devour YOU ;-)

  • kind

  • wow she's hot. is it weird that she's 66 and she's still hot

  • after seeing the 1970s interview.... if i was helen wouldnt of even thought of shaking his hand..... i would walked on stage sat straight down and made parky look like a complete fool....... hes a fucking prick

  • Yes, he's certainly grown up since the 70's interview, which was an absolute disgrace.

  • She would still get it. defo.

  • I also just watched the interview of the 70s, but I'm dying to know whether she still has her tattoo!!! Does anyone know?

  • My god has she aged well =)

  • He didn't describe Helen Mirren as "That Slut" he was quoting another critic who commented on her ability to display "sluttish eroticism" whatever that may be

  • Big change from thirty years ago when he introduced her basically as 'that slut'

  • @misterbateman808 You hate her. You really, really hate her.

  • @oldhamegg hate is such a strong word. How could i live a happy life with hate in my heart when life has such sweet things for us to enjoy, the theatre, nature on this green earth, god's grace & the miracle of childbirth.

This still does not stop this dutty hack having a grubby cunt. Just saying.....

  • Compared to the 1970s interview he did of Helen, what a difference! ^-^

  • @coffeenciggy

What... as in Helen being older, wiser and not a spoiled middle class brat? Indeed.

  • What a beautiful lady!

  • Helen Mirren is the goddess of all my wet dreams.

  • @0.10 Ladies & what? thenelmen?! Ha haaaaa!

  • Not such a lewd innuendo laden prick now his prostate has stopped working... lol

  • Wow...he looked like shit in both interviews....can't stand this mother fucker

  • Oh yes lets be so precious about the 70's - chauvanism is the new witchhunt

  • proper arse licking he changed his tune a bit!

  • Helen Mirren is so hot. She could have been mother but she still turns me on.......

  • Boy oh boy the things I would do to that woman...Sexy SEXY woman.

  • The host already looked old in 1975. In 2008 really old.

  • @PhillyLucky7

yeah youre right, i googled michael parkinson and turns out he actually did get older

  • @GauntV Seems like you were getting smart there. Maybe what I should've said was he didn't age well. Whereas Helen Mirren has.

  • @GauntV lol

  • Assumption is the mother of all fuck ups.

  • She looks like that old woman who does the keep fit advert for the Wii. But I think the woman in the ad is American not British.

  • I see Parkinson turned into an old Peckerwood while Helen simply got more beautiful.

  • Helen Mirren starred in an adult film 'Caligula'. I found it recently and she can be seen strolling through a Roman orgy smiling, as other women are sucking men's erect cocks and shagging. There's even a cum shot. It was sold as a true to life classic but it was as good as a porn film. John Geilgud was in it too.

  • There's a lot of pompous rubbish talked about how Parky was a sexist boor back in the 70s etc etc. But you cannot judge someone by current social mores. People back then are no more sexist then than we today are moral degenerates (with our multiple sexual partners (if lucky) and casual attitudes towards personal debt etc).

To put it another way, people in 30 years time might come to the conclusion that we were pricks too....

  • @Durbs75 I concluded years ago that feminists are lying hypocrites. These man hating women are classic examples of Freudian penis envy. They hate men because they aren't men and they patronise women, according them the same helpless status that is described as patronising when it comes from a man. Women need protecting but these days from their own reckless stupidity as the country flounders but they are too brainwashed to realise it.

  • @Maxshard Plenty of feminists love men, just not infantile idiots

  • @Clariccy 'Feminists love men'? That's like suggesting Hitler loved Jews. It is a misnomer, an oxymoron and you are clearly not only very naive but clearly know nothing about what feminism stands for, it is not equality. Many feminists are infantile idiots but most of them are man haters who bully their way into power using domestic violence which they lie about and using a pathetic 50/50 numbers game. This is social engineering. Feminists also hate the nuclear family. Feminists are mad!

  • @Maxshard All of that is simply untrue. If you look up "feminism" and visit reputable links, you'll find feminists do not hate men. What you are referring to is a small, vocal minority of extremists.

  • @xXRubella666Xx I studied and fought against feminism for ten years, cuiminating in sharing a domestic violence award with the women's refuge movement founder Erin Pizzey.

Pizzey (a former feminist) was forced from her own movement by feminazis after daring to talk about battered husbands and ended up walking out in disgust.

As she says, 'Feminists are violent and very disturbed'. Google her. The award came from the Mankind charity, of which Pizzey is a patron.

    You may be brainwashed

  • can you find this clip transcripted anywhere?

  • <3 her, living legend :)

  • I've lost all respect for Parkinson.

  • I just watched an interview with parky and helen, who I admire greatly, but she was such a total cunt in it, it almost put me off her, almost, not quite.

  • Dame? Give me a break. The British and their stupid titles.

  • @Dodo251 they're not entirely stupid, they distinguish people based on their merits

  • @Dodo251 Hey, Forest Gump is an awful, awful film so Croatians have terrible taste in movies. If you can generalise then so can I.

  • @ExpectationsShotgun What the fuck are you talking about? Forrest Gump is a brilliant movie whether you yellow teeth bastard like it or not.

  • I just watched Helen's interview with Parkinson in the 70s and now this one. What a difference a couple of decades makes. Helen is still beautiful (maybe even more so) but she's also just a much more interesting and engaging interviewee. She actually has some real and interesting insights. Great interview.

  • @wsaylors...she has always been very intriguing and intelligent. Very insightful.

  • @wsaylors I actually thought it was better then. The interview style they had back then was more loose and she seemed more open to go into any territory. here it's too the point talking about the film and it's more mecanical.

  • @skinwalkerxxx I agree partly, a lot of interviews now are far too slick and the host talks too much (Jonathan Ross being a particular offender on the second point). However, the free form style and slow pace of some chat show interviews from the 70s that I've watched make them itchingly awkward - which is fun sometimes, and interesting, but not for weekend entertainment. I think the Graham Norton style group interviews work best, as the guests relax a bit and bounce off each other

  • @Lindelamare the fact that the old style was more free style I think made it more dangerous and to me more compelling because you could go anywhere. because of that it could go either it could be excrusiating and it could be brilliant but that was the risk. and that's a beautiful risk.

  • @Lindelamare ...following...everywhere I watch interviews from the 60s, i'm thrown on my ass of what interviewers would ask at the time. what was strange was that the interviewers seemed to know less as now(given that we rare in an information age) but that ignorance seemed to made more curious, like they were taking on these strange beasts when talking to these stars. and they were never really satisfied with straight answers.

  • I loved his show. Great guests and a nice easy watch. The problem a lot of people have with parky is that they think, he thinks, he is more important than the guest. i never thought that. Ok, It wasn't deep, delving questioning but, as i said, it was easy to watch and entertaining. He was good at his job and, let's face it, were he not, it wouldn't have run for so long. When i see latter day interviewers i want to tell them to go and watch some classic Parkinson shows to learn how it's done.

  • He is such an asshole... well, now an old asshole...

  • @nimergas80 Ageist cunt

  • Good grief, it would be so hard to play a LIVING PERSON, everyone would know instantly if something were done incorrectly, or badly.

I salute Dame Mirren for having balls of steel.

  • Seems a lot less aloof than her earlier interview in her younger days ..

  • I did a scene as an extra with her in The Queen. Only about 7 of us with her and the corgis. When she walked on set the hair stood up on the back of my neck "oh my God it's the Queen!" I thought. She was very very friendly and good to us all.

  • I'm surprised she came back...did anyone see that infamous interview from decades ago?

  • I'm with Jackal; I'd love to sleep with this one!

  • it's called quality Bozkov - perhaps one day you will appreciate the concept

  • She's as pretty and articulate now as she was when she was young.

  • She got smarter as she got older...thank god.

  • @TheGoalSetter Go look at the interviews she made back in the past, she is NOT stupid as everybody pretended she was.

  • @itsSkmt I looked at past interviews. She wasn't incredibly stupid, but she did get subtantially smarter and screen savy as she got older.

  • I so want to go bed with Helen - I could teaae and please her all night long and still want more!!!!!

  • She's still a very good looking woman compared to when she was much younger.

  • OMG He's still alive! A lot of critics must've been eating their words for underestimating her talents when she started out.

  • classy bird, shes great in the long good friday. id still give her a poke despite the 42 yr age gap

  • Funny how Helen Mirren has gone from naif to sophisticated manipulator.

She and Parkinson have both 'grown up' since their earlier famous interview.

Both are better versed in 'playing the game'.

  • Parky redeems himself here compared to when they were younger.

  • A huge improvement on the 1975 interview without the obnoxious attitude.

  • One thing I can say about her.. she seems to look better the older she gets, she's talented and charming, and I really do like her, for she is sexy!

  • god he looks as if he were to die this very instant

  • Ladies & Gendemen ?

  • could he suck up to her any more?

  • @innit27 he has been a twat in the past

  • Good to see he dropped the sexism that he had during their 70s interview.

  • You forgot the racism - he used to laugh his ass off at Bernard Manning's jokes too. I think I prefer Parky after he was beaten and dragged into civilisation.

In his defence, he doesn't exactly come across as a misogynist in the Ulrika Jonsson interview where he's clearly disgusted by the rather sad circumstances.

  • Man she is hot, hot, and hot. Next time she's in the US let me know.

  • HaHahaHa!

As if you have any chance! Anyway, her cat is older then you. But keep trying boy. Do understand. She is indeed gorgeous.

  • A perfect vision of brit royalty is Alec Baldwin as Princ Charles'

press sec. on Sat Night Live

  • I loved her in "The Queen."

  • She´s so beautiful. I´ve never seen such grace. She truly is a queen^^

  • really? when did she say that? i don't think she would actually say that!! its her private stuff.

  • he must feel like such an ass even till today for once having such a sexist attitude towards dame helen in her youth. i just watched his interview of her in the 70's and i was appalled! he seems much more kind and respectful here. thank goodness! thank you, zone003!

  • it's not that she's an actress that i feel she should be respected. look at how she treated him. very nicely. the profession doesn't matter. i'd be pissed if he had done the same thing to anyone with any job out there. he made thoughtless comments in an effort to be what? funny? i have to say no. it's fine to disagree.

  • why do you watch idiot?

  • Man, you´re comments annoy everyone who´s watching these vids. Go and search for some nursery vids or go and build a damn house if it makes you happy or more valuable.

  • Cant someone just block this piece of shit? Go piss off man!!! Truth? You think artists are worthless? Look at yourself. Hey zone003...do us a favor and block this guy!

  • Sowas Erbärmliches wie du kommt einem selten unter...

  • @123strauss you should get a therapist, you really need to deal with that envy, it's not good :) hahahahahah

  • Hey strauss, getting a life wouldn´t hurt. Go and annoy your family.

  • @123strauss ur comment was the most stupid thing i'v ever read .... why should't she be respected just because she is an actress. what makes you think a simple nurse r even worst a plumber could ever act? it takes something special and A LOT f dedication to become an artist, or an actress, it may seem really easy and meaningless to an ignoramus like you but acting is something that takes a great deal of skills that not everyone has, acting is just as respectable as teaching or being a doctor !

  • @123strauss and if that wasn't good enough for you, she should be respected not only because she is an actress but because she is a person, and one that has achieved waay more than a little moron like you could achieve in 100 lives!! pathetic loser !!! learn something and stop judging, i bet you wanted to act and couldn't, that would explain your envy against all famous actors and actresses, you are not talented, get over it ! and keep up with your plumbing !

  • funny. how exactly does a slut behave when being interviewed on the telly?

  • Watch the 70s interview and you'll find out ;)

  • csharp is seeing things rather oddly and from a sexist viewpoint don't you think?

"parky" was overtly sexist just like you.

  • What is sexist about my belief?

And what was sexist about Parky's (Most people in Britian call him that.. twat) interview?

Its alryt to make accusations, but now back them up!

  • @christentze Haha yeah I thought that, and it explains the way he's got an overwhelmingly gushing and grovelling attitude during this interview.

I always though that Parky was over-rated,and this goes some-way to reinforce my belief.

  • @christentze I really don't get that comment. I didn't get any sexism at all. He asked direct questions about her persona and public image that she dispelled... he wasn't rude or abrasive...

  • @FulchesterUnited in the 70's interview? it was rampant with sexism. seems like he was putting her down because he didnt know any way else to deal with his feelings. haven't watch that one for a long time, but when i was watching it, i thought, "Wow...." it's on here somewhere. i should look at it again. but yeah, even in this interview, he said something off the cuff to her and she had a good come back. something about her breasts? but as an interviewer, he could have had more tact.

  • @christentze Haha, cringe worthy (70s interview)

  • @christentze same thing here i watched him slate her back then and smarm his way around her now...parkinson= total prick

  • @christentze It wasn't him being sexist so much so as it was the way she was perceived in her youth. She was perceived as being risque and promiscuous. So obviously his interview had to address her in such a way.

  • @christentze

spot on your comment - exactly what I was thinking

  • @christentze what! They were both being difficult. Both being human handling delicate awkward subjects in a coversation in front of many people. oh and by the way she seems like a differeny person now and then. She seems more serious now and so much of a tease like before. Remember the strap part? Come on lady be serious, admit that at least.

  • @christentze i the media would stop saying the brave men and women in the army who are dying fof us this year 100 men died no women last year 200 men 1 woman thats hardly brave men and women, the army is a mans job not ugly lesbians,

  • @christentze

she is more famous n richer now hence the respect, that how things work i can only infer.
