FINAL DESTINATION 2 was my favourite!!! I loved the links to the original movie and the fact that the characters actually worked together for a while. FD3 seemed to kill everyone off really quickly... and FD4 was really bad!!!

Final Destination 3 was defiantly the best! It was the first one of them i ever watched and still think it was the best, number 4 wasn't to good, but lets hope this one will be equally as good as number 3.

This is going to be a promising movie. 4 was okay but I felt like it was.. quick. My favorite is still FD3 with the original behind it. Glad the director acknowledges some of the repetition (which isn't too bad, but at least he'll try to avoid it).

One thing I did enjoy from the 4th movie is the intro and throwbacks to past deaths.

@KomicTurtle From what I've seen so far, it's shaping up to be extremely promising. I totally agree with you on FD3. And yes, part of what makes FD5 promising is the because the makers have partly admitted to screwing up with the last one, which not every producer has the guts to do. The first reviews will be coming in today from the test screening in LA, so we'll find out soon enough.

@The180Curse The problem with the fourth one was that it was so Wrapped up in the 3D aspect that everything else was secondary...from the acting to the script itself.

@DeathMan19970 your being paranoid. a lot of people including myself proposed the idea of a bridge accident before TFD was released. it's a very common idea and a concept ideal for an FD movie. it's the same as saying every film featuring a plane crash is stealing your idea for a film, which happens to feature a plane crash. your "idea" was not stolen.

Rumors on Final Destination Wiki state that their are returning characters from the preivous films going to be on Final Destination 5 are Nick O'Bannon, Wendy Christensen, Kevin Fischer, Julie Christensen, and William Bludworth

The only confirmed details so far are that it will be about a suspension bridge accident, it will be filmed in Vancouver, and it will be in 3D. Stephen Quale is directing and Eric Heissier is writing.
