I'm American and I can understand them just fine but that's only because I've been watching a lot of British TV so I've gotten used to the accent.

I think some Americans can't understand them that well is because they tend to jumble all their words together and talk bit faster. They also tend to switch consonants sometimes. For example they'll say "somfing" or "somfink" instead of "something"

Emily has noticed that two of her naighbors like eachother after bumping into one another coming home from a dress up party (guy dressed as robot girl as wonderwoman) the girl has a boyfriend already, but he is a wanker (aka dick-splash) so Emily after noticing they like each other sends a fake note from the robot to wonderwoman and vice versa to try and get them together ( start dating)
