lol center diff really its called a transfer case, btw I don't see where their toyota is a monster build that needs a locker, I could clear that shit in a suburban that comes with a g80 90% of the time.
would like to see the change in time from where you returned, if it was with the larger tires and having them deflated then I wouldn't blame the lock right, just your driving style. lock rights are designed to go in a strait line, and for 3/4 of the video the tires looked like they locked up just fine. I have yet to see where you prove there is failure. If such a failure was there where's the destroyed parts to prove it. 90% of people who buy the lock right are cheap and don't buy a locker.
A Lock Right is mounted in the centre of diff, since when does turning the wheels (not straight line) affect the diff centre? What destroys them is shock loading or poor/contaminated lubrication. Any mechanical device will fail no matter how well designed if it is abused enough. It is good to see these boys getting out and using 4x4s how they are meant to be, not as some city vehicle that has never been off tar...
You need to change the title to How to break your Toyota. Some people have nothing better to do than go out and purposely get stuck in the mud and ruin their rides.
@journeyquest1 Toyota didn't make the part, bud. And your right. There is nothing better to do, then have a great time doing what we want. It's not a yuppie sport, maybe you wouldn't like it!
@journeyquest1 yup and we are proud of trying...and suceeding in getting stuck AND breaking our purpose built "rides"!! stay on the pavement if your scared of the dirt!! it takes all kinds to make the world go round boy!
@journeyquest1 Truthfully thats why they have those beaters. I have a nice truck that i would not do this with but if i wanted to whitch i will be, I buy me a beater like this and go out mudding and trying to get stuck thats the whole point.
@journeyquest1 wow, douche alert! it a sport, the trucks are designed for offroad, and stuff breaks its part of the game. we can do what we want to out trucks, clearly uv never tried it it your mums toureg. and yes i said SPORT. not like your bird watching, gaylord
did these guys get all the tacomas that were supposed to be destroyed, cuz the trucks are beat with like brand new axles and everything ealse

I broke a Detroit EZ locker in the rear of my Toyota 1st time out. Welded both ends after that, and never looked back.
