Good interview. Rick brought out a good point, when people say Texas has a debt, they lie. We have not spent money we don't have, we are just starting the bidget for next two years and will have less funds for the enxt two eyars then we had last time we did this. It does not mean a debt, because we did not borrow and spend money we did not have, like NY and California have.
