Your teacher is wrong and the video is also wrong!! The shuffles come BEFORE the walks so that "walkin and weavin coincide with the words in the song just as my step sheet indicates.

The step sheet is a street of the indication.
It is smooth that this music dances with rhythm of 1.2.3 & 4 through the whole.
However, the step sheet dances this part with 1 & 2.3.4.
It is unnatural; is danced.
Therefore my teacher changed the step sheet of the choreographer.
Accoding to the stepsheet, walk walk is after shuffle.
