i have this belt & its working for me, i dont like that U have to keep buying pads, i think a set of pads will last a month. i think im going to try to put conductive gel on the pads when they become less sticky and see if they make the pads last longer, would be nice to change out pads say once every 6 months. or even 3 months. I use it twice a day but do other excersizes too and walk 6-10 miles a day and i see it workin. its like having your gut get shocked but like your doing a heavy workout

it works for me i have one and its amazing. You're supposed to use it 1ce a  day but i used it twice, yesterday and today i saw somewhat outlines of the abs. How does it feel? it feels good and terrible at the same time to tell you the truth. Okay so before I even thought about purchasing this belt i had to use it to see if it works my BF is super skinny and she had been using it for two weeks and her abs are starting to look like Janet Jacksons seriously almost a 6 pack she has a four so far... so i used it for 1 and a half sessions in one day i went for 45 min then restarted it at a higher level and intensity i could not finish the second session i went for 20 minutes... i said if I am not sore in the morning this crap doesn't work

okay i just got one 200 bucks yes it works. and there is 2 different feelings the first 10 min depending on how high you have it feels like someone is punching you in the stomach the nest 20min is a calm then a sudden feeling like all your stomach just tenses up then calm again. the last 10 min is the pulse. it works i would have too say yes its worth the money way easier then crunches and also if you dont have the time too sit down and do them this is perfect because you can take it anywhere.
