I listen to this guy every day from 3:30-4:15. This was by far the most logical thing he's ever said. this took place on Tuesday, 11/8/11 at around 3:15. He was already talking when I got there.

So it's not really Joe's fault. It's the police that dropped the ball. (Which is why the police chief is now being prosecuted.)
@electrictroy2010 So why did they allow him to keep full access to the PSU facilities? So yes I blame the GA all the way up to Spanier. Joe Pa especially (not more than McQueary ) should have made sure the authorities have been contacted. Joe Pa is the face of Penn State it was his obligation to make sure nothing was happening at his University. I here theses coaches say they build character and integrity in these young men. Obviously they do not have it.
