Or the time he was in custody with those suliban. Or the first time he fought Silik in that temporal chamber. Possibly the time he was captured by that telerite bounty hunter.
they may look like grandma punches but if they knock out the bad guy in the trek universe then those grandma punches work. Kirk would beat up Archer the way the augment did.
How are kirk's punches silly? those are roundhouse punches. Roundhouse punches are suppose to be swinging punches. Archer has the most extensive MA training after sisko? Sisko has like the most wooden fight scenes in ds9. He's like double hammer fist punching people and doing basic judo flips. Kirk does karate chops to the neck. body dives, drop kicks, judo flips, and haymakers.
@MrHoppers002 Sisko is remarked and described in canon as the best of the Captains in that regard. He got a military and wrestling background. Archer got a martial arts sort of background, noted on more than one episodes of his series.
