I know I shouldn't let her sleep with me- but now I put my phone alarm on for an hour after I turn the lights off, so I can pop her to bed without risking a whole night. That way, we get snuggles and we're both too half- asleep to care about anything except going to sleep. LOL I'm sure a macaw would wake you up in a flash!

Wow. >_> Anyways I have a 11 year-old one that for some reason bites my mother only. As for all of us, he sometimes get on our backs or fingers, though my lil' brother...dang he goes with him a lot. (Probably because he plays with him a lot.)

It's not stupid- we all make decisions when it comes to our animals. My parrot usually sleeps ON me or on top of the covers after I go to sleep- so even if I rolled over, she'd climb back on top again! There's not much chance of me rolling ON her. I understand your worry though but think you could tone it down a bit next time eh?
