a double cheeseburger has 2 pieces of cheese and has pickles whereas the burger in the video only has 1 piece of cheese and no pickles - just like the double beef n' bacon.
i c. it's beef. it looked like sausage. anyway, we can't get this in the States. Today I tried to duplicate it. I ordered a double cheesburger and added bacon. In USD, it cost 2.10 + .80 + tax. but the bacon was kinda hard and dry. so, no good.
It brings back memories, McDonalds is my favorite food restaurant in Okinawa.
