@scarywolfie Gungjung tteokbokki (Korean palace rice cake) was the most complex recipe, which also makes it one of my favorites. My other favorites are the Thai green curry tteokbokki and the Beef Bolognese but I think they're all good food! :)

Is this kind of like a korean "pasta?" Looks really good and versatile. I'm a cilantro freak so I'd probably do the thai one first =D. Now I just need to find some tteokbokki...

@fezan84 Yeah, you can think of it as a Korean pasta, the texture is similar to gnocchi. You can find tteok noodles in most Korean grocery stores.

I am having some friends over for tteokboggi on Sunday. I was thinking of making pizza tteokboggi and other beef dishes, but I think I will turn it into a tteokboggie party with a few more tteokboggi dishes. Thanks for the inspiration.
