  • You could make a refund cut-off rule of say no more than 2 refunds allowed per customer. This would limit the amount of damage that these greedy scammers could do. I would also probably send his name and contact info to the rest of your business friends and tell them to beware.

    As far as the chronic refunder goes, I would either: A. Blacklist him and make sure every other internet marketer knows his name, B. No longer accept credit card payments from him, but instead take direct deposits/cashier's checks or cash, or C. All of the above.

    and to the scammer, you are lucky i cannot say what i really wanted, to russell, he stayed for all three days, doesn't your event have some kind of rule no refunds after the first day? or something like that? if he paid you by credit card i would call the company and warn them that this SCAMMER is filing a false claim, ask them to check his previous refunds, make a video, expose him!
