They mostly deal with making sure that people in poor areas, like cities, and elderly people have a way of knowing about and getting to the polls to cast their vote. The problem is, they are mostly democratic and minority, which makes them a social group that accepts tax dollars and only works on behalf of one set of ideals and party. Somewhat unfair, but they are broken up already. They simply disbanded and changed their name.
