I just watched this again after last seeing it in the theatre back in '92, and it's still a really good movie. I forgot who the killer was, but I remembered when he was talking backstage at the Oscars.

Great flick, one of the last good movies Costner would do. The stoic nature of his character worked with his wooden acting style. Unfortunately, that style of acting also would be his downfall. Too bad. I hope he's okay wherever he is today! :)
