@Chewehh Actually its pretty easy. You don't have to mess up with the CK paremetrs. First of all, You should check how the CK will look in Best - Full Quality. I know it shows some edges as it is the best quality but try to Switch the preview quality to Best - Full, And then finally go to paremetrs and juuuuust a little bit high the Low Threshold/High Threshold. And cheweh. I noticed that most of the time you record on small chobots SWF. Try to use the big screen pop up as the official swf. :)

@Chewehh Mine lags very much too. I set the quality on low. But still it lags a bit. I got sony vegas 8 and trust me it lags like yours Lol. I got a 4GB RAM and it just can't hold it -.-''. Well good luck on your future videos! :) Hope my advice helped.
