@BlueIsForNightmares7 any long strip of material will do ^^ you could make it more personal if you used a patterned fabric, but maybe just navy or black if you are imitating a specific ninja.

I used a tissue box, which is a little stiffer than a paper plate. I also coated it with Mod Podge and shiny acrylic spray so it really looks like metal!

@austind223 hm... pva is a multi-purpose kinda glue, Polyvinyl alcohol glue, its common school glue and sets clear but leaves a shiny layer :)
