During the nba season people were overrating him tho people were saying he is better than wade or lebron were fooled by the media hype he got during the season...D Rose tho did deserve that MVP with boozer and noah out alot of time during the season and with bulls being a lackluster offensive team (really great defensive team tho) they really needed Rose's scoring...i don't think he is a top 5 player yet tho like some think he is top 10 somewhere between 6-8

Durant is a beast at his young age already. Once Kobe leaves, LeBron and Wade get older..KD will be the best in the league by far. At 6-9..6-10, with a wing span of a 7 footer, handles, and infinite range..nobody can really guard him as it is.

@glr311975 I don't know because Rose is the MVP and is the most athletic player since Jordan pound-for-pound is strong as an ox, has the best body control since MJ, has improved his jumper to extend to the 3 point point range, can drop 44 on you or pick you apart with 17 dimes. Pick your poison. I think him and KD equally are on the same level but you gotta have respect for the youngest MVP ever who has only gotten better every year

@chiladin rose is overrated. Only reason he won that mvp was because of his story that the media (who vote on mvps) ate up. If KD was on the bulls instead of rose, he would've easily have won mvp since he would'nt have to share the ball with westbrook. But hey, I understand you want any reason to relive the MJ years.

@chiladin he's right rose is overrated. he was painted as the "anti-lebron" and built up his story. not saying he isnt a good player, but he has never done anything in the playoffs besides miss free throws and lose. thats the bottom line. he can have the mvp, but in the big picture, he is overrated.

He's won the NBA rookie of the year. Lead his team to playoffs every year and won a gold medal but he's overrated because he hasn't won a ring and he's only 23 entering his fourth year?
