seems more practical than the secret which i felt held some truths but was a money making exercise in a lot of ways. one thing i do is see in my mind the negative statements like "i cant do it" and surround it with light and love - i think thats helpful

affOrmations are even more powerful such as "why am I so rich?" "Why am I so powerful?" "Why am I so lucky?" "Why am I so charming?" "Why do I radiate so much light?" "Why am I so abundant?" "Why is my life overflowing with love, health, richness and abundance?" "Why do I feel fearless?" and ur subconscious mind will look for the reasons why and attract you to it, at the same time you already affirmed to ur subconscious mind what u want without provoking resistance of it not being true
