usually because honda owners are intelligent and know that crank tq that you speak of has NOTHING to do with the amount of energy he motor produces to actually move the car. That term is called HP. take some useful energy classes, i.e., thermo., before you make fun of people for things you do not understand. THe car requires energy to move, or to be put into it for kinetic energy. I know it may sound like more tq is better, but hp = tq@ velocity. more power= more wheel tq@ any speed.
